1. Artwork Preparation

We provide digital artwork editing and print-ready file preparation only. We do not provide printing or production services.

Final print results may vary based on printer, ink, RIP software, heat press settings, garment type, and operator technique. We are not responsible for print quality, color output, equipment performance, application results, or production outcomes. We are not responsible for reprints, production errors, downtime, missed deadlines, lost profits, or indirect losses.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final files before printing.

Once final files are delivered, our liability is limited to the cost of the artwork preparation service.

DTF Art Prep

LPI Halftoning: Our Standard LPI for halftoning/linetoning is set to 35LPI (35 dots per inch). Please specify if you want a different LPI. Higher LPI will create smaller halftones but also increase the chance of underbase peeking out especially if your printer is not setup for fine halftones.

Loss of Detail: When applying halftone, linetone, increasing resolution, or other print-preparation effects, some details may be reduced, lost, or simplified to ensure proper printability.

Multiple Images: Files that contain multiple images will be charged per image. If you have several designs, you need to fill out the form for each design. Failing to do so will result in us sending you an invoice for the correct amount or a refund of your order.

Revisions: We will do 1 revision per design. Failing to give us correct information up front may result in completely redoing the artwork which may result in an additional fee. You will have 14 days after you receive your design to request a revision.

Color Accuracy: Colors may change slightly due to the halftoning process. To get the most accurate colors if you need specific colors, you need to get a printed color chart from your printer and choose the closest color codes and provide those to us before ordering.

Quality & Resolution: We optimize every file to achieve the best possible print results. However, or poor-quality source files may limit the final output quality.

If your artwork requires significant rebuilding, upscaling, redrawing, or vectorizing to reach proper print standards, additional fees may apply. We will always contact you by email before proceeding with any additional charges and provide an invoice for approval.

You may choose to cancel the order if you do not wish to proceed with the additional work.

Refund Policy: Once work has started, we do not provide any refunds. If work has not started, we can refund upon request.

Sizing: Final designs may be slightly off from the requested dimensions. A margin of approximately 0.25 inches may be included around the design.
